Serena Tinney

Co-Owner/Rob's Boss

Serena's encouragement and support is what helped get Northumberland Crane and Tree up and running. From day to day management of operations, to bookkeeping and everything else in between, Serena keeps the morale of the team high. Running and managing a business of her own, she juggles all of her tasks and clients with grace and a smile. You'll often spot Serena in the wild bringing treats to the site and providing the much needed coffees to keep the team fuelled up. The team wouldn't be the same without her!

Lynnea Carlson

Team Lead

Coming to us just over 4 year ago, Lynnea has proven her dedication to the company time and time again. She is always eager to learn a new skill and tackle a daunting task. Lynnea keeps the team organized while also instilling trust, empathy, initiative and leadership amongst the team. It doesn't matter if she's sailing around in the bucket, bucking up a tree, scheduling the week's jobs, making her team laugh or laying down the ground rules; Lynnea brings 100% to the table every day.

Tom Weaver

Tom started on the team just over 2 years ago, and we're so thankful that he did! He's a reliable, super hard-working and funny guy, who can also throw a mean edge on a chainsaw chain. You can always find Tom keeping busy when the day is slow, or stepping in quickly to help a crew mate wrangle the chipper without being asked. Ask him about a species of tree and almost guaranteed he'll have the answer. You'll often find Tom collecting nuts and seeds from various trees to be planted at his home, which amplifies his green thumb and love of the horticultural world. Always willing to help out and try new things, we're so thankful for him being apart of the team.
